Terms of Service

Last updated August 28, 2026

Agreement

These terms are between you and AR Web & Development LLC (“we”, “us”), a New Jersey limited liability company. By using Kollage you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

Your content is yours

Everything you make in Kollage — your photos, videos, layouts, text and captions — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to use it beyond what is technically required to provide the app: storing a post while it is being published, and holding your history so you can see it.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you put into a post, including photographs of other people and any material you did not create.

Instagram

Kollage publishes through Instagram’s official API and only ever does what you ask it to. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Instagram’s own terms, and you must have the right to post to the account you connect.

We cannot guarantee a post will publish. Instagram enforces its own limits — including a cap on posts per day — and can reject, delay or remove content for its own reasons. Where a scheduled post fails, we will tell you.

AI captions

Captions are suggestions, not finished copy. Read what a model writes before you publish it: automatically generated text can be inaccurate, inappropriate or simply wrong about your photo, and once published it is your post and your responsibility.

If you add your own AI provider key, requests go directly from your device to that provider, under their terms, and any usage is billed to your account rather than ours. We never see the key.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kollage to:

  • publish content you do not have the right to publish;
  • publish unlawful, harassing or infringing material, or anything that breaks Instagram’s rules;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
  • automate the service beyond its intended use, or attempt to work around published rate limits.

Purchases

Any paid features are sold through the App Store as a one-time purchase, charged to your Apple account. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us.

Availability

Kollage is provided as it is, without warranty. We run it on our own hardware and we try to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for content that fails to publish. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using Kollage at any time and delete your data from within the app. We may suspend access where use breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
