Privacy policy

Last updated · May 13, 2026

We keep this short and plain. AR Web & Development does not run trackers, does not sell data, and only collects what you choose to send us through the contact form.

01Who we are

AR Web & Development ("AR Web", "we", "our") is a software studio operating the website at arwebdevelopment.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

02Information you give us

The only place we actively collect personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The project type you select
  • Anything you choose to write in the message field

We use this information for one purpose only: to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.

03Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours sits behind common infrastructure that processes some technical data on every request:

  • Cloudflare proxies traffic to the site and processes IP addresses, request headers, and basic request logs to deliver content and block abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that contact-form submissions come from a human and not a bot. Turnstile is designed as a privacy-respecting alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and does not require cookies or fingerprinting for normal use.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels on this site.

04Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for security and bot mitigation; these are described in Cloudflare's documentation.

05How long we keep your information

Contact-form messages are stored in our email system for as long as they remain relevant to the project they relate to, after which they are archived or deleted. You can ask us to delete your message at any time using the contact details below.

06How we protect your information

Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Contact-form submissions are delivered over an authenticated, encrypted SMTP connection. We restrict access to the inbox to the people who need it to reply to you, and we keep our systems patched and monitored.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Object to or restrict how we use it

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period after they take effect.
